Shea Lee Body Care, LLC does not accept returns or issue refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINALE. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
If items have arrived damaged, missing items or incorrect, please contact us soon as possible on our “Contact Us” page or shealee.info@gmail.com. Please provide 3 clear photos of any damaged items. We ask that you notify us within 48 hours. If Shea Lee Body Care, LLC is at fault we will work with you to rectify the issue and resend items.
Our products contain oils and butters from natural nuts, seeds, botanicals, and fruit. If you have any allergies, please read the product label carefully. We recommend that people with sensitive skin perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
