SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time is 3-5 business days. *Processing days do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping time can vary depending on the shipping option you selected. Orders are shipped out Monday – Friday. *Please allow delays in shipping due to COVID-19, we apologize for any delays in advance.
If items have arrived damaged, missing items or incorrect, please contact us soon as possible on our “Contact Us” page. Please provide 3 clear photos of any damaged items. We ask that you notify us within 48 hours. If Shea Lee Body Care, LLC is at fault we will work with you to rectify the issue and resend items.
When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information. If you have not received your package but is marked as “delivered”. Contact USPS (United States Postal Service) for further information concerning your package.
If your order is returned because of an incorrect address. We will contact you to get the correct address once the address has been updated it will be resent at the expense of the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Shea Lee Body Care, LLC does not offer refunds or accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINALE. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
